“On the Pole” Workshops:

Deb Riley – Deb is renowned for her amazing tricks. This is an advanced workshop, it is recommended that you are able to perform a shouldermount confidently to make the most of this workshop – however everyone is welcome to attend.
Titles: Miss Pole Dance UK 2009 Best Tricks, Miss Pole Dance 2009 UK Doubles Runner Up, Miss Pole Dance UK 2008 3rd Place, Miss Pole Dance UK 2008 Best Entertainer, Miss Pole Dance UK 2007 Runner Up, Miss Pole Dance UK 2007 Best Entertainer, PoleDivas Championships 2007 Runner Up. Deb is also a competition Judge for PoleDivas, Miss Pole Dance World and Miss Pole Dance UK Amateur. Deb and her team appeared as backing dancers in the finals of Britain’s Got Talent 2009.

Sally-Ann Giles – Sally-Ann is well known for her infectious and strong performances. She really knows how to work a crowd. You will not be disappointed learning Sally-Ann’s unique style!

Genevieve Moody – Doubles Tricks Workshop. Learn how to perform synchro and “partner reliant” tricks with a buddy. You do not need a buddy to attend!
Genevieve is Miss Pole Dance UK 2007 Doubles Champion and has been a regular judge for PoleDivas since 2007. Genevieve has been teaching pole since 2002.

“Off the Pole” Workshops

Faye Chatterley – Injury Prevention and Pole Safety. Faye has a BSc in Sports Science, along with numerous fitness qualifications. She is addicted to the pole and loves performing! She will give you lots of useful information and tips to keep you on the pole and out of A&E!

Blush Dance – Hula Hoop. Blush are the official pole showcase team for PoleDivas. They will lead you through a Hula Hoop workshop, and you will see a beautiful burlesque style hula hoop routine to show you what can be achieved. Don’t worry if you can’t hula hoop yet – you’ll pick it up in no time!

Ruth Rose – Safe and Effective Stretching – You will learn a set of stretches to improve your flexibility. This is well worth it for anyone working towards the splits. This workshop will be led by Ruth Rose from City Osteopaths Manchester. Ruth Rose graduated with a BSc (Hons) Ost from the British School of Osteopathy in 2003. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council.

And a POLE JAM! The Pole Jam is open to everyone, even if you’re not coming to the whole day – but please email us to let us know you are coming, as places are limited.
